    Yes. It is required to input an email to get started with Trumsy.
  • Can you add your own challenges/tasks or are you limited to the options given?
    You can add your own challenges and choose tasks! You can choose an icon for the challenge, choose the task and the kind of tasks. You choose the duration of the challenge and value of each task too.
  • How can I set up the challenges/tasks?

  • What devices are currently supporting Trumsy?
    Trumsy can be downloaded on all iOS devices as well as on Android phones or tablets. It works on all web and mobile browsers too!
  • Can I have more than one child using Trumsy?
    Yes, A parent can add upto 8 children, share challenges and enjoy Trumsy.
  • Does Trumsy require my child to have his or her own electronic device?
    While having his or her own device is preferred, it is not required to enjoy the benefits of Trumsy.
  • I didn’t receive the verification email, what should I do?
    Write to support@trumsy.com if you still can't find the verification email.
  • What age is recommended to use the app?
    The age recommended for Trumsy is between 9 and 12. But Trumsy’s simplistic and aesthetic design has allowed both kids as young as 7 years old and older teens to use the app.
  • How does the app intend to teach money management? Will there be actual money involved?
    The points earned by a child on successful completion of a challenge convert into virtual money in the Wallet. The kids can use this virtual money to add items in their Wishlist for their parents to fulfil. It does not involve real money right now, but there may be a section to monitor savings and allowance/earnings in the future.
  • What are the points for?
    You earn points after you finish each task. You can convert the points to virtual money in your wallet and add cool items in your Wishlist.
  • How do I verify my email address?
    When you sign up with your email, please check if you received an email from Trumsy with a one-time password to validate your account. Please look for an email with the subject “Your temporary password from sender Trumsy”. If you can’t find the email in your inbox, please check your promotional email folder or spam. Write to support@trumsy.com if you still can't find the email.
  • Are there any in-app purchases needed to be made?
    No, there are no additional in-app purchases needed to be made.
